I hope this note finds you well and grounded as we move through another season of growth and reflection. I wanted to reconnect and share a thoughtful update on my work, my focus, and where things are headed.
Over the past year, I’ve continued to deepen my work at the intersection of real estate investing, strategic advisory, and education. While the tools and structures evolve, the mission remains the same: helping people deploy capital with clarity, discipline, and vision.
Through Wharton Gladden, I remain selectively engaged in advisory and consulting work—primarily supporting small and middle-market companies, developers, operators, and investors with transaction structuring, capital strategy, and financial decision-making. I continue to be intentional about the engagements I accept, prioritizing alignment, trust, and the ability to add meaningful value.
This year, that work has been strengthened through a new partnership with NAI Piedmont Triad, expanding the services available to my clients. Through this collaboration, we now offer leasing, sales, and brokerage services backed by a global platform, allowing us to support clients more comprehensively—from strategy through execution.
On the investment side, the Northridge Opportunity Fund continues to gain momentum. Membership has reached 60 members, and we are consistently inviting additional investors to join us. We successfully closed one significant investment last year and remain focused on disciplined underwriting, strong fundamentals, and patient capital. The fund is designed not for speed, but for sustainability—and I’m grateful for the confidence and partnership of those building alongside me.
Education has become an increasingly central pillar of my work. I’ve now guided two successful cohorts through my advanced real estate investing masterclass, each completing a rigorous curriculum centered on valuation, deal analysis, risk management, and real-world decision-making.
Building on that foundation, the Real Estate Investors Alliance is entering a new phase, with a full year of structured education, networking, and training planned for members. Participation is open and there is no cost to join—the goal is to develop thoughtful, well-prepared investors and a strong, values-aligned community.
In that same spirit of accessibility and dialogue, this year I’m also hosting a virtual office hour every Friday at noon. This is an open forum for members, clients, and partners to ask questions, think through ideas, and stay connected—no agenda, no pitch, just thoughtful conversation and shared learning.
More broadly, this season has been about integration—bringing together investing, teaching, advisory work, and personal growth into a coherent whole. Markets change, cycles turn, and strategies adjust, but clarity of purpose and sound judgment remain constant.
I’m deeply appreciative of the trust, dialogue, and support many of you have shared with me over the years. If it’s been a while since we’ve connected, I would genuinely enjoy reconnecting—whether through office hours, a one-on-one conversation, or simply catching up.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I look forward to what we continue building together.
